I know the 1000 is the best option, but I don't want to over think that the 300 wouldn't not be sufficient. We would usually only have 1 maybe 2 T.V.'s on at at time, but we both work full time so the only time we watch T.V. is at night and on the weekends.Absolutely no difference in terms of WFH. What really matters is latency and reliability, and fiber gives you that regardless of speed tier.
