So it's possible that while you're getting a positive OPK, you may not actually be ovulating when you think you are. So, on CDs 10 & 11 I got high then CD12 peak on the OPK but I'm now CD 16 and no BBT rise. I don't know how long you'd normally wait between one and the other but I'd have thought 2-3 days max. Now I'm wondering if I did OV and need to be patient or need to get the OPKs out again!!.
